Justin Head
Senior Advisor and Gating Committee
Justin Head is a Senior Firm Advisor and member of the GCI Gating Committee. He is a Managing Principal and founder of Graham Software Development, LLC (“GSD”), with primary responsibility for sourcing, executing, and managing GSD’s investments.
Prior to GSD, Justin was a Vice President at Pacific Corporate Group, sourcing and executing transactions for the firm’s $500 million direct investment vehicle. Prior to PCG, Justin worked for New York City-based investment firms Falconhead Capital and Odyssey Investment Partners, executing traditional leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to working for direct investment firms, Justin was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Justin also played professional soccer in Europe prior to beginning his career in finance.
Education
Justin played collegiate soccer and was named a Division I All-American at Dartmouth College, where he earned his B.A. before earning his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
