Peter Dolan
Senior Advisor and Gating Committee
Peter Dolan is a Senior Advisor to GCI and member of GCI’s Investment and Gating Committees, bringing nearly four decades of investment management experience.
Peter also serves as a Senior Advisor to Makena Capital, where he previously spent over 10 years as a Managing Director overseeing private equity and venture capital investments. Prior to Makena, he was a Managing Director at Harvard Management Company, where he oversaw the private equity and venture capital portfolios. Earlier in his career, Peter worked at Cambridge Associates and began his investment career as a private equity analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
Education
Peter earned his B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
